Dr. Zakiya Nicks is a skilled optometrist and has been with Marietta Eye Clinic since 2018. Dr. Nicks received her Doctor of Optometry Degree from the University of Alabama at Birmingham School of Optometry prior to starting her hands-on optometric practice in Memphis, TN shortly there-after. While in Memphis, TN. Dr. Nicks recieved multiple awards for her expertise and passion. This passion continues to extend onward to her patients today. After Memphis, Dr. Nicks moved her practice to Central Arkansas Veterans Healthcare Sytem in Little Rock, Arkansas where she worked for three years. Dr. Nicks is now sharing her expertise locally by serving the Kennestone, Douglasville, and West Cobb locations. Dr. Nicks’ patients often say that she is professional and knowledgeable. Others describe her beside manner as upbeat, reassuring, and personable. Marietta Eye Clinic is thrilled to have Dr. Nicks on the team to provide our patients with this outstanding care time and time again.
