Geoffrey M. Posner, M.D.

Dr. Posner has been in solo practice on Johnson Ferry Road in East Cobb since 1979. He merged his practice with the Marietta Eye Clinic in January 1997.

Dr. Posner received his M.D. degree from the State University of New York Downstate Medical Center in New York City. He did his ophthalmology training at the University of Southern California.

He is board-certified by the American Board of Ophthalmology and is a fellow of the American Academy of Ophthalmology. He is a member of the Medical Association of Georgia and the Cobb County Medical Society.

Dr. Posner was trained in LASIK refractive surgery at the Emory Vision Correction Center, in Atlanta. The Emory Vision Correction Center has been a leader and innovator in refractive surgery throughout the world.
