Dr. Charles C. Ho is the Marietta Eye Clinic’s pediatric and adult strabismus specialist. Pediatric ophthalmology
encompasses all of ophthalmology in terms of diagnosis, management of care, treatment and surgery. It’s principle
focus, however, is the medical eye problems of children.
Dr. Ho graduated from Drexel University in Philadelphia, PA with a B.S. in electrical and computer engineering.
In 1993, he received his M.D. from the Hahnemann University, also in Philadelphia. While there, he was selected to
participate in the Seniors Honors Research Program. He also received the William Goldman Scholarship for academic
merit in 1991 and 1992. In addition, he received Clinical Honors in pediatrics, internal medicine and surgery; he
received Academic Honors in psychopathology and physiology.
Dr. Ho completed his internship at the University of Hawaii in Honolulu in 1994 and his residency in ophthalmology
at the New York Eye and Ear Infirmary in New York City in 1997. He completed a pediatric ophthalmology fellowship
at the University of Illinois at the Chicago Eye and Ear Infirmary in 1998.
He is a member of the American Association of Pediatric Ophthalmology and Strabismus and the American Board of
Ophthalmology. He primarily sees patients at our Marietta office as well as our Johnson Ferry office.
